We have carved out small fields of cereal in our BIOfarms. They have an impact on the biological equilibrium that we maintain. Besides the fact that we yield grain, these fields have the role of a belt; we include them in the crop rotation with the other crops, farmland improving, etc.
After harvesting the grain, we grind it in a certificated mill and get excellent BIOflour. We make small packs of seeds, which you can use for sprouting or cooking, as well. We are able to provide big packages of BIOcereal-grains or fresh ground BIOflour for bakeries, pastry shops and restaurants.
